Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. promises a "leveled-up" Kasadyahan, aimed at creating a comprehensive festival package that mirrors Iloilo's diverse tourism appeal. He expressed gratitude to the city government of Iloilo and the Iloilo Festivals Foundation, Inc. (IFFI) for collaborating with the provincial government to make this grand event possible.
