Iloilo City is embracing the electric vehicle (EV) revolution, and Grand Canyon Multi Holdings, Inc. is leading the charge. With the introduction of the MG4 EV and Marvel R, Iloilo residents can now experience the benefits of driving electric. And to make the transition even easier, Grand Canyon is providing home chargers for every MG4 and Marvel R purchase.
Home Charging your Electric Vehicle
EV owners can charge their vehicles at home using either a 3.6KW Portable Charger or a 7KW Wall Charger. The portable charger takes 19 hours to fully charge an EV battery, while the wall charger takes just 9 hours.
Public Charging your Electric Vehicle
In addition to home charging, Grand Canyon is also installing public charging stations throughout Iloilo City. The first station is located at Grand Canyon's headquarters in Taft North, Mandurriao. Additional stations will be installed at MotorcycleCity's Mabini and Molo branches within 12 months. By 24 months, MG Roxas as well as MotorcycleCity Balasan, Barotac Viejo, Kalibo and Mambusao will have charging stations.
Fast-Charging
For those who need to charge their EVs quickly, there are a few fast-charging options available. The 120KW Pedestal DC Charger can fully charge an EV battery in just 45 minutes. However, it is important to note that establishment charging rates will apply.
